Anthony Bourdain will be coming to New Orleans again but this time, he isn't here for his "No Reservations" tv show. Rather, he is here as part of the inaugural year of the New Orleans' Speaker Series. Dubbed the cooking world's "Bad Boy", he will be here for one night only. Of course he will be promoting his show and his best selling books: Anthony Bourdain's Les Halles Cookbook: Strategies, Recipes, and Techniques of Classic Bistro Cooking & Kitchen Confidential Updated Ed: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly (P.S.). But also while here he will be talking about his adventures in food, cocktails, cooking, and of course his amazing travels.
The Tickets for this One Night Only Show are around $38 - $60 and there is a a special VIP Ticket that comes with a Meet & Greet with Mr. Bourdain that is $125.
After his show, expect the urge to smoke crumpled up cigarettes & drinking high octane cocktails at your favorite dive bar.
So do you have or no a better event this week? Post it up in the comments of the website.
I love your blog! Only wish I lived in New Orleans. Ex sister-in-law is from there.
